I have been involved with IBA since July 2018, having trained for 12 months to achieve the Certificate in Mortgage Advice from Chartered Insurance Institute. I have spent my entire working life within Financial Services or around Finance Related products within the Motor Industry which has helped me to gain a solid understanding the importance that customer care plays when dealing with clients and their needs. Having lived in Norwich & South Norfolk for over 20 years, I cover the entirety of Norfolk & Suffolk for anybody regarding their Mortgage & Protection needs.
